Cinnamon Sticks 5 (3 in.) sticks
cardamom pods 1 cup
cumin seeds 1/2 cup
black pepper 1/2 cup
cloves 1/2 cup

Preparation

Dry the ingredients in an oven. Do not let them turn brown. Remove the seeds from the cardamom pods. Pound cinnamon stick into smaller size. Combine ingredients until they are well mixed and blend at high speed for 2 or 3 mins. till completely pulverized

1/2 cup rice flour
4-5 green chillies finely chopped

1 1/2 tspn jeera slightly crushed (enough to bring out its flavor)

    To soak: in 2 cups thick yogurt, good if homemade with half and half)
    FOR BEST RESULTS: soak for 2-3 hours.
    6 med tomatoes, diced, 6 cardadmoms, 6 cloves
    6 cinnamon sticks, 1 tspn turmeric
